    Hey Fer,
    I'm a 4-5 incomplete quad, many years post, I've listed below the things I take to help my bowels move along :-)

    Metamucil: 3 times a day, 2 tablespoons,, 9 AM, 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM,.

    MiraLAX: 2 times a day, 1/4 teaspoon, mixed with the 9 AM and 7:30 PM Metamucil....
