And assist with the issue of getting to Canada- and their requirements. Most likely you would have to have a family member travel with you then quarantine or whatever Canada requires.

No Silvadene is for burns, silver helps prevent infection but you need to clean it 1-2 times a day with wound cleanser or normal saline. if truly a stage 2 and with your pressure issues/positioning- hydrocolloid or Medihoney w/ foam dressing should be...

And Diclofenac gel, it can help a lot! 2-3 x a day.
Keep injections on time because it will keep inflammation down, once flared up and have to wait- seems like starting all over again.
And with this virus, wait for appointment may be longer.

So 1 B or 1 C depending on the state includes respiratory conditions- Also those that are medically disabled should fit in also. Obesity is another condition of concern and Diabetes mellitus. Hypertension is in the next category.

Keep skin on apple? Apple is good but with the skin on even better fiber- just like potatoes. I would recommend some green on your sandwich- Dark green lettuce, if possible or a variety of lettuce, or fresh spinach. Cabbage slaw is a substitution but may cause gas. I love a couple of leaves of fresh...

There can be changes in bowels and is not unusual. Do not change to every other day. I don't prescribe any bulk laxative such as Metamucil unless your bowels are loose because of the need for high intake of water and majority have slow transit time which results in a harder stool. I would continue...

Do you really need a live-in PCA? In my experience, they are the most difficult to recruit, as they may have their own family or another job. Anyone needs a day off too, so you at best would find someone to work live-in for 6 days/week, and then find another PCA(s) to work their day off.

People make that common mistake. If you want to rest don’t stop for more than 3 days, better to cut work out time some but not totally skip. After 3 days muscles etc.. start to deteriorate. CWO

Promo gram is definitely better to prevent infection. I have never used it on a shallow pressure injury. Usually deeper and healing is stalled. Promo gram would be fine and since you have it then use it. If you go to wound clinic, wear your mask and they will wear theirs but they might do virtually,...

Definitely see GI doctor. Initial symptoms could have been gall bladder. Could be GERD, which can present with cough/sore throat. Test for h.pylori. Gastric parapsresis would be diagnosed with Transit time study but you seem to empty bowels well. CWO

Definitely not cataract. Start with inability to see at night and halos around lights then slowly gets worse. See an eye doctor, it could be related to your shunt. But it could just be nothing. CWO

Going up to a 24 gr. Is not done anymore. 20 gr. Is usually the highest recommended. If want to go smaller you should slowly downsize and use 22 gr. First. CWO
