Thank you for the feedback. We did install a very nice elevator (I don't know I'd go as far as luxury) and it is fully integrated into the house, so there is no chance of removing it. I had an elevator installed in the house I moved into this past spring and am looking for other's experience with a medical tax deduction after installing an elevator. I've extensive research and the official rule is that I can only deduct the cost of the elevator above what it increased the value... -
Did you order through Sportaid or Bike-on? Generally it is a DME's (the company who orders the chair on your behalf) responsibility for setting up your chair properly, but I'm not sure who other than you would be responsible for making the adjustments if you just ordered online.

I just bought a TiLite ZRA in the middle of last year and also had ground clearance issues. I looked at the manual and to release the footplate down tubes, do NOT hit the tubes down. Like pfcs said, you have to hammer on the screws themselves to get the clamps to release. I had no luck in releasing...Leave a comment:
