I've had both ZRAs and 2 ZRs. I liked them all, though the ZRA was a bit heavier. I am only 5'4", 100 lbs, with small hands and I never had a problem with the tubing size. In fact, I put bicycle handlebar tape on the upper bend and put my hands there for transfers and other things- mainly stretching.... -

I had the same concern as you about whether the time recommended would be adequate in my case, so I just started the process 6 hours before the instructions recommended. This also let me get bit of sleep toward the end. It went fine but I do very poorly without my usual allotment of calories...Leave a comment:

I have often driven by the bike shop, called inside, and the owner comes out and pumps them up for free. Nice guy. Fortunately I have more and function than you, badjefft, but with our air compressor I struggled quite a bit before learning to get the nozzle on and off cleanly.Leave a comment:

After 10 years of using the magic bullet I finally heeded SCI nurse's warnings that bisacodyl is an very powerful intervention. I began cutting back and currently cut one 10 mg bullet into 3 pieces, using one per day. This actually works better for me.
