After my recent incident I am considering treating myself to a titanium chair.
Reason is that I am now less physically able than pre-injury and my independence has taken a shot to the extent that I now more reliant.
I don't like it and getting my head around it is a curve.

Any food comes out beauty. Fat free chook that is still moist and stays that way.

I have just returned from the OSRU to home.
My new situation after being torn from my chair by my lovely dog Lewis means a significant loss of function, independence and strength.

I use MICREME ( by Mylan group) anti inflammatory and anti fungal cream to treat and as a preventative.
It works great.
Also, should I dare to say, Aloe Vera works as well. The proper Aloe; garden grown variety Aloe Arborrescens.
