    I called both my Home Health agency and my Primary Care doctor (which happens to be an at-home traveling physician service).     I meant to say ostomy nurse, not practitioner. I will contact homes health and ask if they have a CWOCN and get them to visit, decide on placement and coordinate with the surgeon. I'm also thinking that I should wait until I can get at least one vaccination shot before committing to a 2-4 day hospital...
