My colon is empty, the stool just needs pulled out because my anal sphincter doesn't relax and let it make a mess. Its like my bowels are working like they used to pre-injury, except now my anus needs a little coaxing and since I'm lying on my side, the poop needs help getting out.

    Trulance

I hope that I don't jinx myself here, but I thought that I would share my results with Trulance. Before taking it I had decent results with Linzess but then my insurance quit paying for it, so I started taking Amitiza. It did not work very well and I was about to call my Gastro when I got a letter from...

I fixed it and it was so damn easy, its embarrassing that I have been trying to figure it out since last July. The other TVs seemed to be more plug and play and my computer recognized them and the resolution set itself. So the other day I manually changed the video resolution to 1960x1080 and made sure...

Yeah the computer works fine. I guess I should test my Fire Stick in the other HDMI ports....

I ended up buying a Vizio V405-H19 back in July and as far as quality goes I'm satisfied but there is one thing that is driving me crazy. My HTPC that I built long ago will not display on it via HDMI. The computer worked on my previous TVs and it works on my parents 50" Vizio that I bought them...

Bone spur that caused a pressure sore...

In 2004 I had got a pressure sore that led to me requiring flap surgery. The doctor told me afterwards that it caused by a bone spur on my butt/sitting bone. He ground it down and did the flap surgery. About 8 years later in 2012 the same area got pink again and before I knew it, a tiny hole opened...

    Pressure sore relieving device

If you had an air pump that would intermittently inflate and deflate every 3-5-10 minutes the device shown below, do you think it would help those with small to medium sores or tears to the (inner or central) buttocks?

I will save it to use when I get backed up then, and have a sweet glass of tea. ;-)

I wish that I had waited for your responses before I chose to buy 26 ounces of it. ;-)
Would drinking prune juice do the same thing since it contains sorbital?...

I'll ask my Gastro about it next week. I had mild diarrhea when I transitioned from Amitiza to Trulance, but nothing since. It does not seem to work as well as Linzess which I took before Amitiza but my insurance decided not to pay for either after several months. I've seen that Trulance comes in one...

I detest prune juice. I've taken it for two days (one teaspoon in my tea) but have not noticed any difference in my spasms.

Sorbitol for a daily bowel stimulant?

I read that the reason why prune juice or eating prunes moves your bowels is due to it containing sorbitol sugar. I was wondering if you used a dose smaller than what you used as a laxative if it would aid in bowel motility. And if so, what would be that dosage. I bought some and I put one teaspoon...
