    Have you had testing of your Immune system to see if there is a reason why you have had so many cases of cellulitis? It is not normal at all. UTIs, cellulitis, osteomyelitis... Not normal!!

    My Dad also had this problem. His podiatrist told him a simple solution that kept his toes dry and slightly separated - a touch of powder (you have the right idea!) and a wisp of cotton to gently separate them. Every night he places a little powder between his toes using a Q-tip - he uses miconazole...

    I agree that seeing a good gastroenterologist with an interest in neurogenic bowel is the best step. But that can be hard to find.

    By cutting out bread and dairy, you are also cutting out food that helps stiffen things up, unfortunately. Talk to the gastroenterologist about the best strategy...
