    PM sent (sorry for the delay in reply). What may help is to put something on the wound before transferring to bed to perform this. There are a lot of fantastic dressings that will contour perfectly and move along with the positioning of this body so you don't have to worry about soiling the wound....

    Do exactly as CAPN says. You need to exercise the back of the rotator cuff. It's not an easy muscle to exercise. Strap a weight to your palm and do like one of those lucky Cat statues.     This is going to get a lot worse before it gets better. You will have to get "creative". I had a shear wound right on the part of my crack where you can feel the tailbone through the skin. I went crazy to get it healed and it healed fast; but I was very disciplined in staying in bed. Like...

  • Just to close this topic, turns out (as explained to me by my Uro) that 25mg isn't enough. I'm a bigger guy and she suggested that I up the dose to 50mg/day. I did, and it definitely helped. I'm seeing more and more improvement, but I'm still supplementing the Myrbetriq with 10mg of Oxybutynin. Pretty...
