I usually find better deals for catheters on these medical websites that don't submit it to your insurance for you like some of the bigger companies do. So I was wondering if this was something I could do myself? I have Blue Cross. Does anyone else submit medical supplies to insurance themselves? Where can I find more information about this? thanks

There are 6+ different Blue Cross policies. Contact your BCBS and ask them.
I would think as long as it has a prescription they would reimburse you but they have so many rules- especially about money.
