    Hi All,
This looks very interesting. Excuse me if it's has already been posted...

    http://www.iflymat.org/index.html

From their web site "Mobility Air Transport (MAT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making air travel more accessible, convenient, and comfortable for persons using wheelchairs and their travel companions."

LOL I must have missed that when I was reading with my cynical glasses. This sounds too good to be true.......there has to be a catch.

If you e-mail the site, the owner will get back with you about your requests. He told me that he thought they would have enough funds to open operations this winter? He said to check back mid-November and he should know then.

Someone asked about this recently. Looks like they never (ahem) got off the ground, and the website is completely off-line.
