Las Vegas accessible vans now are available!!

As some of you that follow us on social media know we just came back from a week in Las Vegas for the 2020 CES convention...

They coolest thing we saw is a web based app that will call a wheelchair van and all the times we used it had a cab with in 5 mins tops!!

Simple to use and once you put in your address to be picked up and dropped off you will get a text confirming it and then when driver is in route!

Awesome! Hopefully other cities will do the same.

Vegas is really good as far as accessibility.

When I first went after my accident about ten years ago, as soon as I came out of the building to the cab stand a guy waved a ramped van just like in your video up to the front of the line and I was rolling with zero waiting.

And everything in Vegas is so flat, I love it.

Wish I would have seen this about 2 weeks ago.. Oh well. Idk how many miles 30,000 steps is, but that's how far I wheeled on the Friday up and down the Strip of our 2 day trip.

I was there about 10 years ago also. We actually called for a wheelchair accessible van to pick us up but one of the cabdrivers said there is no need to call, accessible vans are all over the city. Good stuff.

Its never been that easy and with Uber and Lyft its gotten much worse but with this new web based app it makes getting a wheelchair cab much more simple...

5 to 10 min waiting tops and you dont have to be at a casino to get that service!
