    Advisory Guidelines for Aircraft Onboard Wheelchairs

    You have an opportunity to give input on new standards for on-board aisle chairs use for commercial aviation. The comment period ends 10/21/2019.

    The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

    An on board chair that fits into a lavatory would be nice, but I know that’s not realistic.

        The Eagle Lift does not stay on the plane, and can't be used for toilet transfers on the plane either. Did you read the document at the link?
