I was there summer before last, but I stayed in an accessible hotel room right on the beach with adult and kid pools. It was the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort. Had a roll-in shower and was nice.

Did you like the Omni? Im staying there in May for a Wedding. They seem very helpful. They are switching out bed frame to accommodate hoyer lift

We did. I thought the restaurants that were within the Omni were good. I didn't have any accessibility issues. The only bad part was the last day and a half when the next room over received a family with rambunctious and loud kids, which wasn't aided by their parents yelling at them. It was also the first time I had seen commercial grade luxury vinyl tiling in a roll in shower. I thought it was a simple transition to get in the shower and it looked nice.
