its not too bad.
getting in-
spread lift legs and lift with butt towards corner of bed. get as close as you can then my wife pushes me back as she lowers lift. once in i lean on my elbows, she lifts legs at ankles and i scoot back.
getting out-
easier. she just grabs my ankles and we slide to corner, feet on floor then lift out.
