        Seems to me that adding tramadol and/or other traditional pain medications will work better than meds for nerve pain. Reducing the dislocation pain ==> stops the AD ==> stops the sweating.

          that makes sense to me i'm not sure why my doctor put me on just amitriptyline. i think he wanted to see how a low dose of a light pain med would work so far not great.
