  • is this slit like syrinx ?

    Dr wise,

I have synrix from c5 to c7 level with 0.60 mm in diameter on the axials.
I dont have any underlying condtions that causing synrix to form.

My MRI says it is thin linear synrix.

    1. is this slit like syrinx ?
    2. does it enlare as time goes ?
3 do you know any doctors who operates on synrix in india ?

    Thanks
    Deepak

    Deepak,

You should not do anything about this small syringomyelic cyst. Normally, these do not enlarge over time and are not associated with any neurological loss. Leave it alone.
