I would suggest getting a sample "variety" pack from this company. This gives you several different products to try and find what works best for you. I would recommend getting both a brief and a "booster pad" or night pad to use with the brief. Once you find the product(s) that works best, then you can order that from them too, or shop around for price: https://www.hdis.com/incontinence/variety-packs
None of the manufacturers are going to claim their product is useful for menstrual management; they are incontinence products that some woman with SCI find useful for this purpose.

Does incontinence pad have better absorbon than period pad?
Thanks
What about a tampon with a Depends or Thinx as a backup for heavy days?
I have bought the Speax by Thinx and while expensive do the job to guard against most leaks. You can't use laundry softener with them and you have to air dry so keep that in mind.
My spasm doesn't work well with tampon. I think I will try adult diaper for now and save money for Thinx.
Thanks for sharing your thought.
