new puppy!

i got a new pup yesterday! another sheltie. she's such a sweet heart too!

in case anyone knows, shelties aren't good in the car. and i had a 1hr 20min ride. in pennsylvania. the state with the worst roads. so yeah, i got puked on. i didn't grab the bag fast enough. and it went down in between the seats of the truck. nate almost got sick, it was the worst smelling sick that i've ever smelled. but other than that it was all good.

I had a sheltie growing up. He was really shy and paced all the time. We found out later he had been abused before we got him. He was a wonderful dog and beautiful. I am glad you got a new puppy. My two boys are the world to me. I love them so much. My dog chewbacca, he is lab, chow, bulldog mix, I give him dramamine and a zantac before we go for rides. Keeps him from getting sick. Enjoy.

yeah they play nice, but kramer ends up sniffing her hind end too much and she tells him how it is but other than that it's going well.

So do you comb them all the time to keep the hair pretty and untangled? I have to keep my shi tzu's hair trimmed, she doesnt like alot of hair...LOL

their hair is more thick than long, but we do brush once a week or so. they act like they're dying.

My Desiree is half pom, half sheltie...I only need to brush her after a bath. Terriers are usually very intelligent, alert and full of energy- dogs rule. Mine is my baby girl I never had~
