The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

Great guy. Went above and beyond for someone he didn't even know that well. That is an amazing human being.

I had the exact opposite experience of course.
Met my wife when we were 18. Together for 20+ years. 2 kids. One was 4 months old when I got hurt.

She didn't want to deal with it after 2 years. Made my life a living hell. Not only did I have to deal with the physical horror and life-changing nightmare of the situation, I have to deal with the emotional train wreck as well... Fun times 👍
