1,000 calories till the end..

Helllo,
I'm a quadriplegic. After a couple of hospitalizations and a coma. My appetite has dropped to about 1,000 calories.. I plan on staying at this amount until the end. So what effects will this on body? It's been a long road and I don't need help. I just need this to be over with..

PS: I'm not doing feeding tube either
