Any ideas how to clean high windows/mirrors?

I figure there has to be some sort of solution for this. Saw this guy washing the outside windows of a building with this thing like a gas station squeegee, but with an exapandable pole that was about 40 feet long.

Anybody know where I can get something similar (doesn't need to be 40 feet long, but maybe a pole 5-7 feet would be a good length) or any other solutions for cleaning windows from a chair?

Lots of these available. Search for "2nd story window cleaning system". Here is an example:

Have you considered just hiring a window cleaning company? I have used them in the past, and their prices are remarkably reasonable.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

Nice, this is what I was looking for.

I don't have many windows, so I don't think a window cleaning company would be worth it for me.
