    Small, But Satisfying Victory

Pulled into a Van accessible parking slot at Home a car was parked in front of me. As I cleared my under floor ramp, a gentleman
rolled up to this sedan aboard a store supplied electric cart and dismounted, opened the driver side door with the obvious intent of leaving electric cart in hash marked area. Politely, I inquired if that hash marked spot was where he got the cart. He said no, it came from the store. Gave him the fast lecture of parking the cart in hash marks, thereby rendering the van accessible parking slot unusable. He looked clueless as if I was speaking a foreign language, but got my message when told that if he was able to walk into the store to get an electric cart, he is certainly able to return it rather than block much needed handicap parking. The victory was that he returned cart to store. I thanked him. No harsh words, we smiled at each other in the end.
