Under the ADA, a business may opt to offer equal services in an alternate, accessible location. Sounds like that is what your lawyer has arranged.

If there is only street parking, you need to address the lack of ADA parking with the city. They are required to have a certain number of spots per total parking spaces.

It is not wise to discuss legal proceedings on these public forums though, so I would recommend not post anything else about this suit here or on any other social media site.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

I don't know what your question is, but it appears your lawyer is providing a reasonable accommodation since his office is not accessible. The accessibility parking issue would have to be addressed with your city or town manager or ADA specialist.
