    falling asleep .... too fast

    Dear friends,

Recently because of a skin problem in sacral area I have to stay allot in the bed. I stay in wheelchair for about 2-3 hours, two times per day, just to eat/wash and other stuff. Unfortunately when I hit the bed, I can't focus for more than 10 minutes because I fall asleep. If I watch a movie or browse for fun, sleep doesn't hit me.

That's very intriguing and I need to solve it somehow. Can you tell me what do you think? Coffe, green/black tea doesn't work

The light from the tv or computer keeps your brain alert and awake.

If you're that sleepy, I say your body needs it to heal.
Roses are red. Tacos are enjoyable. Don't blame immigrants, because you're unemployable.

I have the opposite problem. I'm sleepy everywhere except bed. The only thing that has sort of helped regulate my sleep patterns is one of those SAD lights. I turn it on whenever I'm trying *not* to fall asleep during the day.
