      Great article Gene. Hard work and a Positive Mental Attitude is what it takes to maximize our potential with what we have left.

      I know I still miss the action of motion pictures but really appreciate the life I've had so far post injury. Without the gym or athletics, I'm not sure I would have made it this far.

      Good luck in June.

          Gene, Good job! Best of luck on number Three!
          Having a similar injury (incomplete C5), I have an sense of how difficult this must be.
          Trying to maintain/add muscle mass is is a constant struggle.
