I saw that. I'm sorry but my initial reaction was to remember a particular episode of "it's always sunny in philadelphia"
I think a blog post about this is in the works, it's a pretty amazing story.

This baby's supposed to sell for around $20,000 US. A little high for my prospects but I'll bet some of the CC membership would spring for one.

ReWalk is now at the stage where clinical trials are being carried out. A commercial product is planned for launch in 2010 with a price tage of around US$20,000.

in the episode I was talking about, one of the characters made what they were calling an "exoskeleton" and everyone wanted one. I don't remember why he made it, he had some kind of issue with his legs...
the whole point of that show is to be non-PC so no doubt the episode would be offensive to some, which is why I was being vague

$20,000.00 is awesome considering the - wheelchair - eye to eye contact - able to go up and doen stairs. My braces costs over $2000.00 back in the 80's. Cheaper than most cars and the technology will get better. So anyone wanting to be kind and have an extra $20,000.00 please PT me.

                Take a look at http://www.cyberdyne.jp/english/index.html

This is a version that came out around 2005. Basically the same thing.

That was cool. It is used in the military lifting 200lbs like nothing. A quad made it but can not use it but a para can. Sonn quads will be able too. It will do in a fix.
