thanks guys for remembering. i really do appreciate it. busy as ever...3 cousins from up north came to visit for 2 weeks. they just left this morning...my house looks like a bomb hit it...lol
so many things going on all at once here on the home front i can't keep up with them. our kitchen is going to be remodeled so that jim can sit at the counter; we r both very excited about that. the bar was very high and is going to be lowered. we r trying our hardest to make this house as accessible and comfortable as we can.
we finally got a ceiling lift over the bed...made life much easier for me. it's that easy to use that my 3 yr old niece loves helping jim into bed...u've just got to see it...lol
any way...i could go on and on, but i just wanted to thank u guys for thinkin about me. i may not post much but always wonder how everyone is doing.
ps:
shelley... jim is doing much better with his eye sight...learning to cope a bit better these days. as for anything else...he's healthy. i'm the one that isn't aging gracefully...lol matter a fact starting right now i have NO more birthdays...hehe
carl...i so miss being out on the water. dad sold the boat, but wishes he hadn't. it tended to be more added work for me...every once in a while we bring up the subject.
nicci...thanks for asking. it took a good 3 weeks to kick it. i couldn't imagine having not full capacity of my lungs. i lost weight...a good thing...lol somewhat back to normal and both jim and i haven't forgotten about u guys. we will be up there after the kitchen is finished. which should be the end of the month. i will call and fill u in soon.
