    Building accessibility aps

Is there an ap that can tell you how to navigate buildings for ramps, etc?

Are you looking for an app that contains the ADA construction guidelines? I don't know of one, but the guidelines are readily available as a downloadable pdf on the Access Board's website. (KLD)
The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

Do you mean an app that would tell you how to best get through a building if confined to a chair? I don't believe something like that exists, but it would be pretty great. It would need to be a "crowd-sourced" kind of thing since I'm doubtful one company or group could get enough detail to cover any more than one large city, but a neat idea. In grad school I put the framework in place for an app that would collect and present accessibility data for getting around big cities (which buildings or entryways are accessible), but I didn't have the time or desire to work on it beyond the class I developed it for. Good luck finding whatever it is that you are looking for.
