    Well that seems right to me. I think it’s bullshit that people out there are trying to make a living from Ada violations…

      Completely agree with nauticalmike - - these types of lawsuits HURT our community as they distract from serious violations of ADA that can lead to access issues. Our disabled community really should unite behind businesses/District Attorneys who are pushing back against these types of frivolous cases that are only intended to generate income for the lawyers bringing the action. I'm a t-30 para (injured in 1987) and for a time sat on the CA Commission on Disability Access (I was appointed by then Speaker Toni Atkins). I'm very passionate about this as an issue and would love to hear from others who share my concerns.
