OK, thanks. Not everybody finds Kashi a household name.

Orange pekoe tea with milk and sugar and a bagel with cream cheese. I had to work today so David picked that up for me and had the car warm before I was out of the shower .. . With the wind chill it was -11°C. Brrrrrr ....

And I love the Kashi granola bars. I usually try to have a granola bar (Nature Valley with Omega 3's) and a Dan Activ yogurt drink (pro-biotics) for breakfast now.

I haven't had much of an appetite for breakfast of any kind lately but today I very happily enjoyed a bowl of Cocoa Puffs sent to me in the mail by Addiesue (can't buy them here in Canada, at least not where I live)

                  yay!

She also sent me a plethora of poptart flavours likewise unavailable in Canada. Tomorrow's breakfast

Cinnamon swirl oatmeal and a Banana. But Cocoa Puffs sounds good to, I go cockoo for the milk left in the bowl!

A banana, a cinnamon raisin wheat bagel with honey poured on it, and a few handfuls of cereal - can't remember the actual brand name of the cereal, but it's got oat clusters and almonds and other nuts, and honey. It's pretty much what I eat every morning. And a cup of coffee.

No breakfast as such yet; just fruits and grapefruit juice.

Cheesecake, that sounds way too acidic to be healthy. Couldn't you at least have had some cheesecake, Cheesecake?
