    water?

    unfortunatley I've never made a habit of drinking much water, sometimes hardly any sadly. I'm trying to make myself, today I drank 4 cups, much better than just 1 but still not enough I know. What difference would it make if I drank 6 or 8 or 12 cups a day opposed to 4? What would the benefits be? Thank you

    More water = happier bladder

    Lately I've tried changing things up with a squeeze of lime in my water.( Exciting life I know!) A couple of squirts of stevia is great too. Water, like air is a blessing for it gives us life. Get a water bottle on your chair and an electric leg bag drainer.
