Nutrition...
I'm flesh and bones basicly, yes, too
underweight, But I hate my "quad Gut", causes
bad mental state. I hate eating being I was
unable to move for 15.5 years.
As many know, my rehabilitation/evaluation
starts wednesday, jan, 23rd .
I have to work VERY hard. It is like day one
again going back to therapy. I must somehow,
some way, face this. I must rebuild my body
from neck down.
I have shoulders now, biceps, trace triceps,
upper abs, lower trunk, Last couple nights I
coulda swore I had upper back mucles , shoulder
blades.:-)
I'm too weak, I feel my belly pulls me over
makes me fall, weak back, but CAN build
strength. Its kinda, well, I'll say "miracle"
after starting as only eye movement. Imagine
my stiffness, artritis? stiff joints, I must
work out.
Please, I would love energy booster ideas as in
fluids? Also a healthy diet, what I should
eat, let's say 30 min before going to therapy?
Any tips? I have new life coming if I succeed.
We all have preferences but I'll even eat
things I don't like if necessary. I eat 2 or 3
times a day, chicken and dumplings, steak,
sandwichs etc...Drink tooo much coffee. I am
off my narcotics, know I can finally get
somewhere physically. I'd like starting with
strength, endurance, energy, As I rebuild myself as if were day one 15 1/2 years ago, cept I
have the body to show for stuggles! ugh!
Help me change even more? Good nutrition!

after all these years, 5 1/2 hours ugh, !
Gimmie some yum yum ideas. Health drinks etc...
I take vitamin c, eat ok bu need a good
constancy, so gimmie those ideas everyone!
