    Interesting.
    Wonder if there is a list of the top foods for dietary fibre!
    Or at least the foods that maybe we don't think that are good for a varied dietary fibre diet.

    She can then give some of her volunteers an extra source of fiber — such as walnuts
    Mmh I'll eat more Walnuts..

    All I see to eat is psylium husk ... I guess I need to mix it up a little !
