I think this is the original study https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22882905
Really small study, performed on patients who already had atherosclerosis.
Also they didn't look at any meaningful outcome. No one cares if your "plaque area" is 129 mm vs 132 mm. That's not a meaningful outcome. Mortality or risk of heart attack would be a real endpoint, but they didn't look at either of these. This study shouldn't be a reason to change your dietary choices.

Are you going to come up with a video that aspertame gives you brain cancer?

More than 7 eggs, almost a half gallon of milk and a quart of yogurt a day? Yikes, I'd burst. I stick to the antioxidant diet, green tea, red wine and dark chocolate.Tom

I eat 2 poached eggs on buttered English muffins daily and maybe drink a glass of whole milk every week. I do wish I could supply my own milk which I used to take raw from my milk tank when I had my dairy farm 30 plus years ago. I have a LDL of 29 HDL 48 ! BP 120/80 +/- I weigh in at 185 for a 6 foot 77 year old guy sitting in a chair. I eat my big meal of the day about 1 or 2 in the early afternoon. Maybe a little cereal or ice cream at 7 or 8 PM with my evening prescribed pills. This seems to work for me. Of course there are some meds involved with maintaining my "numbers" No booze drugs "any more" (pain prescribed) or smokes.

No, no, no! (Stamps foot.) Eggs are good for us. Eating them doesn't cause heart disease.

Hello Bob Sullivan. I used to drive to a farm north of Dallas and do exactly that...buy fresh raw milk. Ah, delicious! And it's so much better for us than pasteurized.Female, T9 incomplete

Pasteurised is near dead milk.
For the most part, the farm milk we used to have ready access to, stored longer on the shelf. The fats protected it and when the milk was digested, they were not readily absorbed and so, passed out the exit door.
This modern stuff fills your arteries with fat, even the low fat rubbish for this reason. In the process, the fats are fractionated and reconstituted to give us the 'healthy' % selection milk. It is worse than homogenised.
