i'm thinking to buy and try adding to my eatting habbits some protein juice. I'll like to buy it from an online store, but unfortunatly i know nothing about it.

what do i have to look for?

ps: also, I don't like having to deal with powder.

I drink these every day. I get them at Costco, they are pre-mixed, just shake them up and open then drink. They are high in protein, low in fat, sugar and carbs and cost about $1.00 each on sale.

make sure not to take in to much protein unless you are working out pretty regular.

I also drink these regularly and I recommend them for anyone looking for an affordable protein drink that is:

          - already mixed (forget powders)
          - affordable (approx. $1 for 30 grams of protein)
          - high in protein
          - low in carbs and fat
          - low in calories
          - Tastes good! & comes in 3 flavors, vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry

Premier Protein drink (Costco). In my area there are a couple of other grocery stores that stock this as well.

Not a juice, but this is my favorite protein powder, and I have tried a LOT. Warrior Blend by Sun Warrior, Vanilla flavor is the best imo. Mixes well with regular milk and almond milk.
