  • Slow Smoke Beef Chuck Roast

If I had my choice, I would choose a Chuck Roast over a pork shoulder 8 times out of 10. Sometimes we need pork though.

My brother has a smoker and does a heavenly beef brisket.

Awesome video! I agee, I like pulled beef better than pulled porked. Don't you love your Billy Bar? Pretty versatile for how simple it is.

Yes, I do love the BB! I'm actually on my third one. The handles continue to crack, but I believe it's from ME using them. I've kept the metal parts and I'm gonna replace the handles. I just bought the one I'm using now. Love 'em!!

Mine hasn't cracked but it clearly doesn't get used as much as yours does. Too bad they can't send you a few handles. Tell them you will tell everyone how great it works in your next video if they ship you a few.

I hope I die eating apple wood smoked spareribs. I cannot think of a better way to go.
