Awesome going! I'm on day 49 of a 60 day juice fast. It's been an awesome experience. So much positive is coming out of it.

        You bet!

The one I drink the most is really green:

        1 Golden delicious apple
        6 leaves of kale
        4 cups of spinach
        1 bunch of parsley
        1 carrot
        4 stalks of celery
        1/2 of a cucumber

Then I add one of the following: Ginger, lemon, or a whole jalapeno.

Another one that I like tastes like gazpacho:

        4 plum tomatoes
        2 stalks of celery
2 to 3 bunches of parsley
        1 lime squeezed
        1/4 of small red onion
        1 red bell pepper
        1 cucumber

On a funny note, one day I added a bunch of mustard greens and boy was that a mistake! I felt like I was drinking mustard! Hot mustard!

After the first week to two weeks, my energy level spiked and has remained consistently better than before the juice fast. And I have also been playing around with the amounts of juice I drink during the day with no ill effect on my energy level.

I have 2 questions: Does the fast effect your sleep? Meaning do you have trouble sleeping.

What about hunger? Are you hungry or were you and now its gone? I have uncontrollable hunger and I'm really sick of it.

Ops, I guess I have 3 questions, Fynalefree how much weight do you have to lose?
I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and
                    hunger.

I thought I would post the trailer for the movie that Lewis was talking about, for anyone interested, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. I'm going to watch the whole movie.

I have. Pretty good. I'm going to subscribe to an Asian diet (I love Asian food) and cut down on my meat, but I'll never get rid of it!

I asked the questions because I can't sleep when I'm on a diet and restrict complex carbs. Also, why am I so damn hungry all the time? I need to lose at least 20 lbs but the 2 things above really keep me from sticking to a program.

I just watched the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. I would recommend it to anyone looking for some inspiration to make life changes in their health. Whether it be following a juice fast (the two people in the movie that did the 60 days fast, were both on meds for conditions and medically supervised) or incorporating fresh juices into their diet, good stuff.

I drink anywhere from 1-3 glasses of fresh juice a day. I might do a 5-7 juice at some point.

The documentary certainly motivated me and their results are accurate. I'm speaking from personal experience at the end of day 51.
