Looks great. I've got a couple of 10 pound packages of locally caught shrimp in my freezer. You've inspired me.

    But what is Old Bay?

Old Bay is excellent. Another nice addition to shrimp or crawfish boils can be pickling spice, like used for bread-n-butter pickles. Just toss it in to boil along w/ the Old Bay. I also like Old Bay in place of paprika on deviled eggs.

Larry as always it looks awesome...

If I make a road trip out east in the spring, could I talk you into putting together one of your feast. I'll bring the beer, cigars, and whatever you want to throw on the grill. You name it.

                Road Trip

OK, I'm planning a trip. What's the best time of year to do some grillin. Not to hot not to cold.
