Although not a coffee snob; once you meet one you see how far short I fall, I got a bit of pickiness and experience with coffees. I've been roasting my own for years now on and off and have tried at least a half dozen ways of brewing including steam and pump espresso; yes, espresso is a coffee - espresso is coffee intensified.

But J-hope, this thread belongs in Food as anyone not impaired would see.

    Will somebody move this?

I love Expresso but after my injury I cannot drink as much as I did before.
I will never judge God for Coffee and the sublime rich taste.

If you guys want great tasting coffee. Check out my sisters website. "mypapascoffee.com"

My sister sells coffee from Matagalpa, Nicaragua. My parents have a coffee farm out there and they sell the coffee. My sister and myself run the website and you can order coffee on it. Give it a try. Hopefully you guys like it. The extra income would be greatly appreciated...
