I don't believe that is commercially available. It was adapted from a commercial crib by the rehab engineering dept at Magee as I remember.

We did something very similar. we took off the front and cut it in the middle. we reattached it with a lock in the center so that it opened like a gate. very simple to do for someone with a little knowledge of using a hammer and hacksaw!Shannon
