I don't believe that is commercially available. It was adapted from a commercial crib by the rehab engineering dept at Magee as I remember.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

We did something very similar. we took off the front and cut it in the middle. we reattached it with a lock in the center so that it opened like a gate. very simple to do for someone with a little knowledge of using a hammer and hacksaw!
