      • cycle update

        little update. i had a snag at week 9. my last vials of test and eq got smashed in my drawer, youch. so i had to get more. i had to get sustanon and deca because test c and eq were out. . so for the remainder of the cycle ill be running 400mg sust per week only. .

        gains in size, strength and vascularity continue. my poor uppertone is getting destroyed, i love it,.

        • I have a question for the guys who started this thread or whoever. I am an incomplete quad and my right side is weaker than my left. And for about six months now my right shoulder and tricep have been aching enough for me not to be able to do a significant amount of exercise or be as physically active as I want. I feel good and have all sorts of energy, all I want is for my right side to recover. I tried taking it easy but I'm right-handed and I'm always using my right side because I basically do everything on my own. I'm pretty close to resorting to literally laying in bed and doing nothing for a week. Any advice at all would be appreciated, whether its supplements, steroids, or whatever. You guys seem to know a lot. Thanks.

            Go to a Manual Therapist and have them take a look at your shoulder and tricep. There could be any number or mechanical things that are causing the pain. And whatever it is is undoubtedly being aggervated by all the activity you rely on that side for. They may be able to just work it a few times a week for you until it quiets down, or give you a home exercise routine to help clear things up or they may send you to another specialist... but you definitely don't want to just popping random substances until you know what is causing the pain.

              I don't think steroids would help you here. You need to try and rest it as much as you can and try and ice it also. Goto your health food store and see what they have that may help with your sore shoulder i know there are supplements you can try but its best to goto the store and look. You should goto your doctor and get that checked out he might be able to help best. If you want to workout that shoulder then you should only do a light workout and then ice it right after and try and rest it best you can.

                    • I got my blood test back.....testosterone level was 113....wow i am glad i decided to have it checked. I knew the symptoms fit me, but i didn't want to look like a hypochondriac. My primary care dr. said it was low enough he wouldn't feel comfortable just handing out a prescription ( too bad I could talk him in to writing a script for all of us :-} ) So I am off to an endocrinologist that I have never met before. my gut just ballooned out in the past 6 months and any exercise i did gave no strength, endurance or mass gains. What do you guys recommend I ask him for? I've read that the patches are not too hot, and anavar is good for burning fat, but if i can push him towards a certain script and dose what are your preferences? my wife is due with twins the end of January so I would like to get as much accomplished as quickly as possible.
                      In college my bench was up to 3 reps of 290 and now that I am 35 I accept those days are long long long gone, but with 2 kids coming i want to be strong enough to get in and out of my chair quickly in case I have to and if they are boys i know i will have to referee daily sparring contests. I had alway had trouble healing after work outs....i'm hoping if i work hard with a little help i can get in to shape quickly. I played football with a few friends that used......i remember they lived on chicken breasts and lemon in water. what do you guys eat, or more importantly what DON'T you eat?

                        Stay away from sugar and get as much protein in you as you can per day. Some high protein foods are:
                        chicken
                        turkey
                        lean meats and beef
                        fish (just about every fish is high in protein, anything from tuna fish, to salmon, to shrimp)
                        egg whites.
                        Protein shakes are your best bet for taking in protein a day. here is a little thing on protein http://www.trulyhuge.com/Protein_Article.html As for asking your doctor what dose to take for test ask him and see what he recommends and then post it here. Congratulations on the twins and good luck with everything let us know what your doctor says.

                        • Got mine back also. My Test. was around 215 and the Dr. said it should be more like 500-1000.

                          Can anyone confirm this? Anywho, the shot was exhilarating, I see why this is something to be well respected. My first was 100 mg, the next shot will be in three weeks. Thank God I can't feel that 18 gauge needle!!!

                            • 35 is nothing, im peaking now at 35, i feel like a machine. and im 20 years post. it can be done. push yourself. i eat very cl;ean and very high protein during the week. and do 3 shakes a day. i use on gold standard, infusion mrp for breakfast and on casein for bedtime

                              • I already took steroids in pill form for a while..it helped. I would work out and not be sore or tired or nothing like that..i liked that alot cause I work out, play rugby and I have a daughter that kee[s me active. I would like to take some myself...whats the point of the thread if we dont know where the hell to get the stuff from?
