REM/sleep aid

Prolab has REM which is a muscle rebuilder and sleep aid.IT's suppose to help muscle pain and help recovery time while you sleep.I got two bottles to try.

Let me know how that supplement works for you because i could use something for a better sleep also plus it helps recover from workouts and i could always use something for that.

Surething.It'll take a few days to see results.I too can use some good sleep time.

Well I 've taken it last three nights.Last night slept for 10 hours cold.Snoring away.Good so far.

Take it 20 minutes before bedtime.It has a nasty taste so take it something with flavor.lol
