I've been excercising more than usual lately. I joined a gym and I am able to get on one of the treadmills and walk with my leg braces at .5 mph for a few minutes at a time. Here is the interesting part. Recently, sometimes when I sneeze, I get this incredible ZAP electrical surge throughout my entire body for a split second. It really wakes me up. It kinda feels good. Yesterday, it happened when I laughed. I felt a little pop in my neck and ZAAP!!! I have been a t4-t5 for almost 18 yrs. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

Hope this is not it, but maybe you should be checked for a spinal cord cyst. We all should be checked for those on a regular basis because if caught early enough they cause less secondary damage. The way to check for one is via MRI.
