  • new return wee!!

It was weird I was on all 4's when I was doing push ups and I was thinking about kicking my bad leg all the way back while on all 4's. I first attempted to do this with my right leg (the good one) and it was super hard, and I could barely do it.

So I tired with my left leg and it was so much easier and I got it perfectly straight. I have no idea what muslces are doing that becuase I can't flex my glute on my left side but I can on my right, nor can I do hamstring curels but I walk on tone with it and yet I was able to do this. Not sure what it means but its new!

Many Congrats, Cory!!! You are well on your way to recovery! Keep up the hard work! Speaking of which, isn't it about time you start back with classes? What did you decide about your major/focus? Engineering management? Best of luck in '07 to you.

                  Thanks guys!!

I'm not sure if it was 4-AP or not but whatever it is I like it. I still take 4-AP 10mg 3 times a day. It has improved my bowel program a ton. Infact today I had a massive bowel movement and didn't even have to digi stim, it just happened, it was the first time that has ever happened.

hah yes I start back tuesday! yay.
I'm going to finish up my degree in Computer Science and minor in Engineering Leadership then hopefully this semester land an internship in state college area and see where it takes me.

                          hah GIMPtastic, nice!

                          Thanks john,

Your progress is amazing as well I remember your posts when you had very little then I see a picture of you on a beach with a walker thats cool as hell i havn't done that yet.

It seems if you keep forcing your body to adapt it has to do somthing or the weight baring wakes things up even if alot of muscles are compenstating. I'm just worried about the wear and tear on my joints.

I'm only 21 and my knee is killing me hopefully the better I get at walking the less stress it will put on my joints.

                            Cory,
Glucosomine, isn't a bad idea, I have been taking it to shut my father up, but, I don't see it doing bad, My two Newfoundland dogs take it, one is about Ten years old, and the other day she took off like a bullet after a van that was next door, checking the duck blind [maybe she wants to go hunting?]. Worth a try, Sam's club, or Walmart, cheap, easy, and, no ins. to worry about. I have alot of strain in my hips, it lubricates, so it's got to help.

Awesome I use to be on that stuff for my sholders when I was in the wheelchair but stopped when I started walking. I'll get back on it and see if it helps, thanks!
