I think this is a good resource! Thanks LizI think exercise is important for the mind as well as the body.
I have a cardio workout available online that can be done at home by following along to the video. There are 2 new classes every week. It can be done at any injury level with some arm movement, and made as challenging as you need your workout to be.Disclaimer: Answers, suggestions, and/or comments do not constitute medical advice expressed or implied. The exercises likely are not applicable to everyone, as we are all obviously at different physical and function levels. But, a good resource for those of us w less function.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.
