    Will Inversion help?

    Reduce or prevent scoliosis?

I believe so, but it will moreso help with reducing compression effects on our spines from sitting all day.

If you figure out a way to invert [safely] as a quad, PLEASE let us/me know. Those tables don't appear too quad-friendly... also, ask Mary about her experience w/ them.

I always have this desire to hang upside down to undo what gravity has done to my spine.

We use inversion at Project Walk to help with tight musculature around the spine and in the hamstrings. We don't normally use full inversion, we use partial inversion on the Total Gym. This way we can adjust the height of the feet and the degree of body weight being used.
