    Arm exercise Style?

    I always see exercise trainers telling people to do like three sets of 10. What's the difference between doing multiple sets, or just doing rubber band stretching as long as you can. See if you could do more and more every week?

    A well structured exercise/training regimen leads to better recovery and adaptation.

    Proper form and intensity are important, and are easier managed with intermittent bouts of activity.

    You can still measure your progress by periodically choosing a day to go long-and-hard.
