I’ve heard of people running 4+ hour e-stim routines while they sleep using NMES equipment.
I want to run a NMES stimulation program during the night while I sleep on my Glute muscles. The reason being to build muscle to prevent pressure sores.
Has anyone done this? If so, what settings did you use (frequency range Hz, Pulse Width etc)
I know AxioBionics use long duration settings for their equipment. Does anyone know their settings?
Equipment I have:
- RT300 Fes bike
- Empi 300PV
- PowerDot
